- Your song preferences (occasion, genre, mood, voice)
- Payment information, processed securely through Stripe (we never see or store your full card details)

We use the information you provide solely to:
- Write and produce your custom song
- Communicate with you about your order, including delivery and revisions
- Process payment for completed orders
- Improve our service and respond to customer support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or the personal stories you submit with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate MelodyMade, including Formspree (to receive order notifications), Stripe (to process payments), and Suno (to produce songs). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
Data Retention
We retain order details and the materials you provide for as long as necessary to deliver your song, respond to revision requests, and maintain records for accounting purposes. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us.
