These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of melodymade.ai and any songs, products, or services purchased from MelodyMade LLC ("MelodyMade," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

MelodyMade creates personalized, AI-assisted custom songs based on the details, stories, and preferences you provide. Standard orders are delivered within 24 hours; Rush orders are delivered within 8–12 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to demand.

You will not be charged when you place your order. We create your song first and send you a preview to listen to. Payment is only collected after you've heard your song and approved it. Once payment is received, your final MP3 will be delivered to the email address you provided.

We want you to love your song. Revisions to lyrics, style, or production are free and unlimited prior to your approval and payment. Once a song has been approved, paid for, and delivered, it is considered final.

Once your order is approved and paid for, you own the rights to use your custom song for personal use — including sharing, playing at events, and posting on personal social media. MelodyMade retains the right to use anonymized excerpts of songs for promotional or demonstration purposes unless you request otherwise by emailing us.

Because you only pay after approving your song, refunds are rarely necessary. If you experience a billing issue or technical error, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Please don't submit requests containing hateful, harassing, illegal, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to decline any order that violates this policy.

MelodyMade provides its service "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our songs or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
